Yacht Hotels

Launched in 1998 the Sunborn London was the world’s first ever custom-built luxury yacht hotel.

Located in London Docklands at the Royal Victoria Dock the 108m hull incorporated 102 luxury suites, 2 Royal Suites, along with an elegant reception area, bar, café, gourmet restaurant, banqueting facilities, auditorium, conference rooms and 100m² of terraces and sundeck areas.

After several years of successful operation the vessel was sold in 2008. A new yacht hotel is currently being developed for London.

Hotels & Restaurants

Sunborn has hotel, spa and restaurant operations in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Spain and the UK. All our developments are highly individual, with properties in unique natural locations, as well as two landmark historic buildings.

Yacht Hotels

In 1998 we built the world’s first purpose built yacht hotel, which was followed in 2003 by our London yacht hotel at Royal Victoria Dock. Now in early 2012 we will complete the Sunborn Barcelona, a 187 room 5-Star Grand Luxury floating hotel.

Residential

In 1993 the Ruissalo Foundation, a non-profit organisation, was established to develop high-quality residential communities. Today this includes 600 fully serviced apartments within Finland.
