The niche in the marketplace is quality — both in terms of the building themselves and the sophistication of the facilities and services.

The homes are self-contained communicates, with high quality leisure and healthcare facilities. In the case of our recent Turku development this included a large modern hospital.

There are currently four main residential developments and 600 serviced apartments — with a further two new developments in planning or construction.
