Sunborn has hotel, spa and restaurant operations in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Spain and the UK. All our developments are highly individual, with properties in unique natural locations, as well as two landmark historic buildings.
In 1998 we built the world’s first purpose built yacht hotel, which was followed in 2003 by our London yacht hotel at Royal Victoria Dock. Now in 2012 we will complete the Sunborn Barcelona, a 187 room 5-Star Grand Luxury floating hotel.
We also develop and operate high-quality residential communities. Today this includes 600 fully serviced apartments within Finland.
We currently have several active property developments with 2 due for completion in the next 6 months. This section provides an insight into some of our development projects at various stages of construction.
