Our long term vision is to expand the yacht hotel concept to other iconic locations around the world.

We are currenly looking for new opportunities to develop yacht hotels in waterfront locations next to high value real estate — or in natural or historic locations where there is no available land.

Hotels & Restaurants

Sunborn has hotel, spa and restaurant operations in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Spain and the UK. All our developments are highly individual, with properties in unique natural locations, as well as two landmark historic buildings.

Yacht Hotels

In 1998 we built the world’s first purpose built yacht hotel, which was followed in 2003 by our London yacht hotel at Royal Victoria Dock. Now in early 2012 we will complete the Sunborn Barcelona, a 187 room 5-Star Grand Luxury floating hotel.

Residential

In 1993 the Ruissalo Foundation, a non-profit organisation, was established to develop high-quality residential communities. Today this includes 600 fully serviced apartments within Finland.
